Sport, legislation and new opportunities

Sport, legislation and new opportunities

Dr. Barbara Agostinis focused the meeting on Italian sports legislation to give the participants the opportunity to understand the role and future scenarios of the ASDs.

various local realities were present: the Montefeltro Higher Education Institute with sports enhancement, the presidents and members of amateur sports associations, representatives of the Third Sector.

From the debate a certain need emerged for comparison with figures such as Agostinis to deepen obligations, collaborations between associations, find new forms of financing and new synergistic methods with the territory to face parochialism but also new emerging problems. Hence the request for greater visibility and formal agreements with the Social Services to include sporting activity among the educational and therapeutic proposals to be offered to residents, in a co-planning and co-programming between public and private bodies that operate variously in sport
