Sports psychology
People of different ages, origins, backgrounds but all sharing a passion for sport attended the meeting.
Psychologist Sammy Marcantognini involved those present in short games and work in pairs.
The expert’s intent was to bring out questions and doubts about our way of being instructors, how we teach and ways of learning, referring to neuroscience studies he paid particular attention to inner listening. The presence of people of different ages and genders had a positive influence on the meeting, resulting in different ways of managing emotions which open up further reflections and skills to be acquired.
